I work as a commercial videographer, but I’d rather work for you—artists and makers.
Commissioned portraits
For over a decade, Making Art films has been a curated series—intimate, cinematic portraits of artists chosen with care. Now, for the first time, I’m opening this process to anyone who wants to commission a film of their own. These new works are created with the same aesthetic and storytelling approach, thoughtfully crafted to honor your practice and voice. While they live outside the original feature series, each one still carries the spirit of Making Art films.
Pricing
To keep things transparent, I’ve included sample pricing based on five common travel scenarios. Most commissions will fall outside these exact locations, but they’re here to give a clear sense of the range. Each price includes travel, shooting, editing, and delivery of a finished film. Filming typically takes two days of the artist’s time, though I often spend an additional day or two capturing supporting visuals on my own.
For exact pricing based on your location, just reach out — I’m happy to talk through the details.
